Our Story
At Dipping Cat Print Studio, fashion is more than just clothing—it’s a statement of independence and creativity. Established in May 2021 as a family project, we’ve grown from a screen printing shop into a fashion-forward brand that blends printed apparel with versatile wardrobe essentials, from casual jeans to sleek blazers and cozy sweaters.
Our name, Dipping Cat, was inspired by our quirky family cat who would dip her paw into her water bowl before drinking—symbolizing playful independence. The original logo, designed by Eric Rios II, a UCR engineering student, remains a cornerstone of our in-house collections. Our Found Fashion logo represents the timeless style that pairs perfectly with our feline-themed pieces.
Dipping Cat is a true family effort. Frankie Rios, the strategic thinker and shop manager, leads with a vision to drive the brand forward. Yvonne Pena-Barba, our photographer and business pet care taker/whisper, brings our designs to life through stunning visuals. Robin-Jo, our business developer, ensures we’re constantly expanding and evolving to reach new heights.
Alongside our own creations, we partner with talented artists and sustainable suppliers to bring you the best in cat-inspired fashion. We believe in the importance of sustainability, ensuring that each collection is not only stylish but also responsibly made.
